I am excited, and a little bit nervous, to announce my new blog! As some of you are aware, I have been transitioning into a raw food diet lifestyle for about 4 weeks now. It has not been without its challenges, nor rewards. I have decided to blog my experiences that they may benefit others who are considering a more raw food diet or who have already embarked upon one.
